After several years of working as a civil engineer for the government, Sydne Jacques decided to go out on her own and founded Jacques & Associates. By applying the business principles that she teaches audiences today, she has built a multi-million dollar, award-winning engineering firm with clients across the United States.
In addition to serving as CEO of Jacques and Associates, Sydne has founded two non-profits, is a member of the National Speakers Association, is a Senior Facilitator at the International Partnering Institute and currently sits on the National Advisory Board for the School of Engineering at Brigham Young University.
